As we move quickly into a new decade we've decided for the first time to share together and with family and friends a diary of our daily lives, thoughts, concerns and aspirations. It is our way of proving to ourselves that after more than half a century together with very few days apart two complete strangers can have the good fortune to discover one another and grow older and emotionally into 'one person'.
